1. Cut all ties! – Yes have to cut all ties from him, that mean facebook, emails, phone call, pictures and sex! You must not let him use you for sex! You must not let him sweet talk his way back into your pants because what is between your legs is truly connected to your heart at this point! Don’t talk to him at all because his main goal after a break up is to see if he can still have sex with you! When it’s over its over!!
2. Cry – Yes cry and let it all out! Call your girl friends and talk about him and cry! Crying is part of the healing process. So cry and after you have done all the crying you can do, say to yourself ok self yes I loved him, but I love myself more! So just like anything else, this will past!
